If you remember the hopelessly unprepared revenge-seeker in BLUE RUIN, you already know Macon Blair. He went on to direct I DON’T FEEL AT HOME IN THIS WORLD ANYMORE and THE TOXIC AVENGER. His latest film gives two equally unsuitable men responsibility for somebody else’s child.

Dave Franco and O’Shea Jackson Jr. play two desperately broke dudes hired to drive a wealthy teenager to rehab. Their passenger, played by Mason Thames, has made a name for himself online by making other people miserable. He has no intention of making an exception for them.

Originally titled THE SHITHEADS when it premiered at Sundance, IDIOTS takes the familiar buddy road comedy through cheap motels, drugs, criminal encounters and decisions that become harder to defend with every stop. Peter Dinklage, Kiernan Shipka and Nicholas Braun join a supporting cast who give the drivers plenty of reasons to reconsider their employment.

Blair has a particular affection for people who are barely managing to function. Here, that affection survives the vulgarity and violence. Franco and Jackson make an appealingly mismatched pair, trying to earn a pay cheque while a rich kid treats their lives as disposable entertainment.

For anyone who likes their comedy foul-mouthed, occasionally nasty and laugh out loud. Leave your brain at the door and buckle in for the ride.

FOOD AND DRINK POLICY: SHEREKILEBI Bar in FOMO Secret Cinema opens 1 hour before the first screening of the day and closes at 01:30, serving a wide selection of beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic refreshments including coffee and tea, as well as fresh hot popcorn! Outside food is allowed in the bar but not in the cinema. No alcohol or drinks from outside are allowed. All guests are invited to arrive early and stay late!

REFUND & CREDIT POLICY: If FOMO cancels a screening, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, we’ll issue you a credit for the value of your ticket, which can be used for any FOMO film screening within the following 30 days.
